Bradley Commercial Real Estate, LLC was founded in March 2004 by Michael R. Bradley, CCIM, a commercial real estate broker with over thirty years of commercial real estate and development experience. Bradley Commercial Real Estate is a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm that brokers sales and leasing transactions. In addition, Bradley Commercial Real Estate provides asset & property management services for both institutional and private clients throughout the state of Washington, with a special emphasis on the greater Puget Sound region.
Natalie Foskey, a licensed broker, is our newest associate at Bradley Commercial Real Estate. During the past five years, Natalie's professional focus has been the acquisition and management of commercial real estate. She currently oversees the management of several trusts which own industrial, office, and retail properties. Natalie has been Secretary Treasurer to the Mill Creek Town Center Owners' Association since 2012.
Natalie's professional goal is to provide the best quality commercial real estate services with the highest level of honesty and integrity. Natalie is married to Dave, her high school sweetheart. She's the mother of four children and is active in her faith.
Leslie is the firm’s Controller and is responsible for all accounting functions including payroll services for the company. She has over 30 years of experience in providing accounting services including job cost accounting for development and construction projects. Leslie also establishes budgets for our various accounts, development activities and provides tenant reconciliations. She also provides the company with financial advice relative to company investments and plans. Leslie also acts as an administrative assistant for individual projects by preparing marketing materials. She has been associated with the company since its inception in 2004.
